If the Event is rescheduled or modified but still occurs, your ticket will typically be honored for the new date or format, and refunds may be limited.

6.3 Ticket transfers

We may allow you to transfer your ticket to another person, subject to:

Any deadlines or conditions stated during purchase

Providing accurate information for the new attendee

Our right to approve or deny transfers at our discretion

Reselling, scalping, or unauthorized transfer of tickets is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

7. Event Attendance and Code of Conduct

By attending The Content Crawl, you agree to:

Follow all Event rules, instructions, and policies announced by us or venue staff

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, vendors, and hosts

We prohibit:

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct

Dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior

Unauthorized recording in areas designated as “no recording”

Bringing prohibited items (as detailed in Event communications or venue rules)

We may remove or refuse entry to any person who violates these Terms or Event policies, without any refund.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release

You understand and agree that attendance at an Event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Crowded areas, walking between locations, transportation risks

Exposure to weather, environmental conditions, or illness

Participation in activities, demonstrations, or experiences hosted by third parties

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, The Content Crawl and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense you may suffer in connection with the Event, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Photography, Videography, and Recordings

By attending an Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

We may use such media, including your likeness, voice, or image, for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee complete avoidance of all media capture in public or event spaces.

10. Third-Party Services, Locations, and Vendors

Events may involve third‑party venues, sponsors, hosts, vendors, and service providers. You acknowledge that:

Some experiences, offers, products, or services are provided directly by third parties, not by us.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third‑party venues, vendors, or partners.

Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms or policies set by those parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and materials made available by The Content Crawl, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly allowed

Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent

Your own content (photos, videos, posts) remains yours, but by sharing or tagging The Content Crawl in public content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to repost or share such content for promotional purposes, subject to your privacy settings.

Your use of the Services or attendance at an Event

Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law

Your infringement of any rights of another person or entity

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, war, terrorism, pandemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions, power outages, or disruptions of transportation or communication networks.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
